Deine Aufgaben

Unser deutsches Deployment Management Team ist zentraler Bestandteil unserer Wertschöpfungskette und ist geprägt durch motivierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeiten. Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben entstehen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Bereichen Location Management, Operations und Produktmanagement sowie durch deine direkte Verantwortung als Projektleiter neue Ladeparks im gesamten Bundesgebiet.
Auf diese Art trägst du deinen wesentlichen Baustein zum Ausbau der Ladeinfrastruktur in Deutschland bei.

Du planst, steuerst und überwachst den Ausbau neuer Standorte mit Ladekomponenten im Hinblick auf Einhaltung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
Die Verwaltung umfangreicher CAPEX-Budgets, sowie regelmäßige Berichte an interne und externe Stakeholder zählen zu Deinen Aufgaben
Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Kooperationspartnern und Lieferanten für Planung und Bau der Anlagen gehört zu Deinem Alltag
Du übergibst umgesetzte Projekte an unsere Operationsmanager, die anschließend für Betrieb und Wartung zuständig sind
Die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der maßgebenden Prozesse untersützt Du aktiv

Dein Profil

Das Thema eMobility begeistert Dich, daher bist Du mit Herzblut dabei, gemeinsam mit uns neue Ideen und Visionen zu entwickeln und zu verwirklichen
Du bist jemand, der die Fäden von Baustellen zusammenhält und den Fortschritt vorantreibt
Hervorrragende Fähigkeiten, Projekte zu planen, zu strukturieren, umzusetzen und erfolgreich abzuschließen bringst Du mit
Du besitzt bereits Erfahrung in der eMobility-Welt gesammelt und verfügst zudem über Projektmanagement Erfahrung
Herausforderungen nimmst Du gerne an und besitzt den Mut, sowie die Fähigkeit zukunftsweisende Entscheidungen zu treffen
Die Kommunikation mit Dritten zählst Du zu Deinen Stärken und siehst Dich als ein verlässlicher Teamplayer
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und bist mobil für regelmäßige Fahrten in unser Büro in Essen und gelegentliche Dienstreisen

Your mission

About the team:
Our German Deployment Management Team is a central part of our value chain and is characterised by motivated and experienced personalities. Within the scope of your tasks, new charging parks are created throughout Germany in close cooperation with your colleagues from the areas of location management, operations and product management, as well as through your direct responsibility as project manager.
In this way, you will make a significant contribution to the expansion of the charging infrastructure in Germany.
We are looking for you throughout Germany.

Your role:

You plan, control and monitor the expansion of new locations with charging components with regard to compliance with time, costs and quality
You will manage extensive CAPEX budgets and report regularly to internal and external stakeholders
You work closely with customers, cooperation partners and suppliers for the planning and construction of the facilities
You hand over implemented projects to our operations managers, who are then responsible for operations and maintenance
You support the design and further development of the relevant processes

Your profile

You are enthusiastic about the topic of eMobility, which is why you are passionate about developing and realising new ideas and visions together with us
You are someone who holds the threads of construction sites together and drives progress
You have excellent skills in planning, structuring, implementing and successfully completing projects
You have already gained experience in the eMobility world and also have project management experience
You have the desire to take on challenges and the courage and ability to make forward-looking decisions
You have strong communication skills with third parties and are a reliable team player
You speak fluent German and English and are mobile for occasional travel within Germany
