We’re looking for an Operations Manager who has a strong drive for solving everyday operational challenges and helping to scale our operations. As our new Operations Manager, you have a working knowledge within the energy sector and, in particular, collaborating with of for energy suppliers in Denmark. In this role, you’ll be dedicated to ensuring all our charging sites are fully operational with minimal downtime, coordinate closely with our technicians and work alongside our operation managers to establish E.ON Drive Infrastructure Denmark as the best public charging network in all of Denmark. 

  • Collaboration with our external first line provider / customer support 
  • Being the frontrunner on our customer mails 
  • Manage overall operational performance of charging network
  • Drive and manage performance of O&M suppliers
  • Monitor performance and preventive maintenance
  • Provide 1-2 level support together with the Operations team and drive a great customer experience
  • Work closely with the other team members to ensure a well driven operation
  • Adapt standard processes and develop new workflows
  • Engage and manage on a daily basis local suppliers and contractors
Your profile
Excellent ability to structure, plan and track – you’re someone who holds together the strings of dozens of individual construction sites and drives progress forwardStrong technical mindset and skill. (Not necessarily from E-mobility)
  • Customer centric personality
  • Flexibility to travel nationally for site visits and supplier discussions (B-driver’s licence is a required)
  • Ability to embrace challenges, execute and cope with many different points of contact
  • Fluency in Danish & English is required
