Business Support Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

As Business Support Manager, you ensure smooth back-office operations across contract management, reporting, procurement, and invoicing. You help keep our processes efficient, compliant, and well-documented.

  • Maintain contract inventory and upload data into Sitetracker
  • Handle grid connection requests and prepare related payments
  • Compile quarterly reports for the Energy Office
  • Scan and record incoming invoices and documents
  • Manage ERP tasks in Business Central: PO creation, goods receipt posting, vendor/item card creation, inventory booking, and delivery note handling
  • Coordinate procurement of operational supplies to avoid delays
  • Prepare performance certificates (TIG) and keep public space permit records up to date
  • Provide data analytics for invoicing to location partners, eMSPs, and fleet customers
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting
  • Degree in business administration or similar field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
  • Project management skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Confident in using MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) inventory booking, and delivery note handling
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
