Your mission
We are looking for an HR Business Partner International (m/f/d) to join our team as a parental leave cover for one year.
In this role, you act as the strategic HR contact for selected EDRI countries within the EU. Your mission: guide international leaders through all people topics, align local practices with global standards, and help build a scalable HR foundation across countries.
Your Core Responsibilities:- Sparring partner for local & functional leaders on all people-related matters
- Drive strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, performance & leadership development
- Support org design & change processes
- Coach managers through complex people topics
- Ensure global HR processes (reviews, surveys, talent mapping, budgeting) are well-executed locally
- Translate global initiatives into local action plans and feed back into global HR
- Interface with People Ops (contracts, payroll, compliance); ensure clean handovers & legal clarity
- Assess and improve local HR landscapes (providers, policies, collective agreements)
- Maintain strong proximity to countries via regular travel & direct exchange
