Project Manager & Network Operations e-Mobility (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Drive planning, execution, and oversight of EV charging infrastructure projects across Italy
  • Oversee project P&L and ensure adherence to budget, timeline, policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Act as technical point of contact for EV charging solutions and components
  • Proactively identify and propose technical and economic improvements to optimize projects development and execution
  • Guarantee high-quality site documentation and reporting
  • Maintain close coordination with internal departments and promote best practices of sharing.
  • Collaborate with the team for the construction of a qualified supplier network for the realization of our EVCIs, promoting external RFI and RFQ
  • Oversee monitoring and operational management of the existing EV charging network, while supporting the commissioning and seamless integration of new charging stations
  • Keep a continuous link with peers’ corporate functions, follow and promote best practices sharing


Your profile
  •  Proven experience in project management and infrastructure planning
  • Technical understanding in MV architectures, EV-charging technologies and IT infrastructures
  • Confident in handling budgets and project reporting
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative project solutions
  • Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and visual formats
  • Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and open exchange
  • Willing to take responsibility and work under pressure to achieve our common targets
  • Proactive and comfortable in working in agile environments
  • Fast learner and passionate about energy transition
  • Fluent in English
