Your mission
As Business Support Manager, you ensure smooth back-office operations across contract management, reporting, procurement, and invoicing. You help keep our processes efficient, compliant, and well-documented.
- Maintain contract inventory and upload data into Sitetracker
- Handle grid connection requests and prepare related payments
- Scan and record incoming invoices and documents
- Manage ERP tasks in Business Central: PO creation, goods receipt posting, vendor/item card creation, inventory booking, and delivery note handling
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies to avoid delays
- Coordinate service & maintenance of pool cars and other office equipment.
- Create updates on our SoMe channels
