- Drive the strategic expansion of EDRI’s charging infrastructure across Poland and position EDRI as a leading player in the rapidly growing Polish eMobility market by developing and executing sales and market entry strategies
- Identify and evaluate high-potential public charging locations, establish and maintain strong partnerships with property and location owners, and act as the first point of contact for existing partners
- Lead end-to-end contract negotiations and manage the existing contractual base, including settlements and performance monitoring, while supporting the implementation of new contractual frameworks with legal, deployment, and operations teams
- Plan and conduct proactive outreach, prepare customized proposals, and actively acquire, onboard, and manage partners and agents to expand the charging infrastructure portfolio
- Build and further develop the Partner & Location team while collaborating closely with local and international stakeholders, contributing to the development of both the local team and international EDRI structures, processes and methods — grow with us!
- Work extensively with sales tools, contribute to their development, and monitor performance metrics by analyzing results and preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations

Your mission
Your profile
- Solid understanding of the real estate sector and land lease, land acquisition processes, ideally across different scales
- Experience in handling complex contract negotiations, including drafting and reviewing agreements in coordination with legal teams
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to land use, energy, and infrastructure — especially in the context of eMobility Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data- and financially driven decisions, experience in understanding and building financial models would be an advantage
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Sitetracker, as well as MS Office 365; structured and detail-oriented in daily operations
- Skilled in creating and delivering impactful presentations, offers, other sales supporting materials
- Highly self-motivated, solution-oriented, and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Deeply understanding the eMobility business or willing to master it in a fast-paced onboarding formula
- Eager to grow personally and professionally, with a strong interest in building a long-term career with the eMobility industrie and open to continuous learning and ready to actively shape a growing company
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Polish
