Commercial Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Drive commercial strategy to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence across our mobility and e-charging infrastructure business
  • Act as Key Account Manager for EMPS and fleet customers, developing and managing long-term customer relationships
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and assess commercial feasibility
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies in close collaboration with the wider commercial team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, fleet operators, municipalities, and energy providers, including contract negotiations
  • Define and optimize pricing models, subscriptions, and revenue streams to maximize market penetration and profitability
  • Support sales teams with strategic insights, performance tracking, and market intelligence
Your profile
  • Experience in network development or partner management is required; experience in commercial real estate and site acquisition is a plus
  • Strong understanding of building and scaling retail or charging infrastructure networks
  • Highly developed strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with a passion for building new partnerships
  • Structured, independent working style with a strong process-oriented mindset
