- Creating, maintaining and updating the contract inventory, including accurate data entry in the CRM system
- Providing administrative support for our commercial- or only departments? department and make sure everything is crisp in our site management system, Salesforce
- Monitor and facilitate payment of locations partners
- Managing ERP-related tasks in Microsoft Business Central
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies
- Become the subject matter expert on generating pricing structure in our backend in collaboration with the commercial manager
- Adhoc admin tasks
- Desired but not required. Good social media skills including being able to follow our tone of voice

Your mission
As Business Coordinator, you ensure smooth back-office operations across contract management, reporting, procurement, and invoicing. You help keep our processes efficient, compliant, and well-documented. The tasks are a combination of sales support, project management, administration and marketing, all handled in a dynamic work environment in a commercial team.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Project management skills and a collaborative mindset
- Confident in using MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Business Central), SoMe platforms and delivery note handling.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Danish, written and spoken and proficient in English
