Your mission
As Business Support Manager, you ensure smooth back-office operations across contract management, reporting, procurement, and invoicing. You help keep our processes efficient, compliant, and well-documented.
- Maintaining and updating the contract inventory, including accurate data entry in the CRM system
- Scanning, recording, and processing incoming invoices and business documents
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to various departments as needed
- Managing ERP-related tasks in Microsoft Business Central, including purchase order creation, goods receipt posting, vendor and item master data creation, inventory bookings, and delivery note handling
- Coordinate procurement of officesupplies to avoid delays
- Organizing and coordinating service and maintenance activities for pool cars and other office equipment
- Creating and publishing updates on our social media channels
