- Creation and maintenance of vendor and item master data in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Verification of master data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal guidelines, as well as obtaining and reviewing creditworthiness checks
- Central coordination of master data creation across 11 European countries
- Close alignment with internal departments and local country organizations to clarify missing or inconsistent information
- Active communication with stakeholders (via email and phone) to ensure a smooth and timely process
- Ensuring high data quality and a structured approach to master data management
- Supporting the optimization and further development of existing master data processes

- Enrolled full-time student, ideally in Business Administration, Business Law, or Law
- Structured and reliable working style with a strong solution-oriented approach
- High level of independence and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Confident use of Microsoft Office 365
- Very good German skills and good to very good English skills
