Site Origination and Acquisition Manager – EV Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Identify, originate, and develop high‑quality locations for public EV charging infrastructure for cars and trucks in line with the network expansion strategy
  • Conduct market and territory analyses to prioritize sites with strong long‑term potential
  • Perform early‑stage site assessments focusing on accessibility, visibility, traffic flows, and surrounding amenities
  • Support preliminary feasibility evaluations, including grid availability, layout constraints, and land ownership aspects
  • Lead commercial negotiations with landowners, partners, and municipalities
  • Coordinate closely with Legal teams to structure, finalize, and execute lease or acquisition agreements
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with site partners and landlords
  • Provide regular pipeline reporting and collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, deployment, and operations teams

Your profile

  • A completed university degree in Economics, Management, or a comparable field
  • Experience or strong exposure to EV charging, energy infrastructure, real estate, or related industries
  • Solid understanding of lease and acquisition structures, long‑term site agreements, and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills to assess locations using data, maps, and financial assumptions
  • Structured and disciplined approach to managing multiple site opportunities in parallel
  • Awareness of legal, regulatory, and contractual implications related to infrastructure development
  • Effective communication skills when working with a wide range of stakeholders and internal teams
  • Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills to manage complex site‑specific challenges
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and time‑management skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Tools Usage (is a plus): usage of sector specific tool (GIS, SISTER, DSO grid availability map, Salesforce tools)
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
