We are looking for a Business Support Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Budapest as a parental leave cover for two years.
- Responsible for handling grid connection requests, including payment preparation and serving as the main point of contact for DSOs
- Maintain and manage all grid-related data and processes in Sitetracker, including orders and performance certificates
- Preparation and administration of performance certificates (TIG) and related documentation
- Management of the Company Client Gate in relation to the registration of new chargers and card terminals
- Handling of administrative tasks, including incoming and outgoing mail, document management, scanning, and invoice registration
- Preparation of reports and analyses, including monthly reports for the Energy Office and evaluations for location rent and partner invoicing
- Execution of operational tasks in Business Central, including PO creation, goods receipt posting, and master data maintenance (vendors and items)
- Responsibility for billing and receivables processes, including invoicing (e.g. fleet customers), review of eMSP invoices, and management of the dunning process
