- Ensure execution and governance of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across country teams
- Maintain data accuracy (cost centers, timing, financial records) and support issue resolution with the business
- Manage asset tracking, including activation and ongoing administration
- Handle financial approvals in line with the regional Approval Matrix (ERP & banking systems)
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting and ongoing financial tracking (revenues, costs, payments)
- Prepare local financial reports and act as contact for auditors and compliance topics
- Partner with the business on financial analysis, business cases, CapEx planning, and ad-hoc topics

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- First experience in finance operations, controlling, or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g. P2P, reporting, budgeting)
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions
- Structured and proactive working style with a hands-on mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
