Your mission

Purpose of the Position
You support us in making electric vehicle charging easier and more user-friendly. As part of our international EMP product team, you explore how customers use our offering, the challenges they encounter, and what we can improve.

You support user research from preparation and execution through to analysis. You work closely with our Product & UI/UX Designer and learn how customer feedback is translated into concrete product improvements.

Your Responsibilities
  • You organize user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, including recruitment, scheduling, and materials.
  • You contribute to interview guides, questionnaires, and test tasks and learn to design neutral, meaningful studies.
  • You assist with interviews and tests, document observations, and take on smaller research tasks after onboarding.
  • You test the app and prototypes in realistic scenarios such as finding chargers, registering, and charging.
  • You analyze feedback from interviews, tests, and Customer Service and identify recurring needs and issues.
  • You support survey and basic usage-data analysis with Product Design and Data Analytics.
  • You present findings clearly in summaries, customer journeys, and product-team presentations.
  • You maintain research documentation and make insights accessible across teams.
  • You research user trends and comparable offerings and suggest further studies.
  • You use approved AI tools for preparation and analysis and handle confidential and personal data carefully.

Your profile

  • You are enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Social Sciences, Business, or a comparable field.
  • You are interested in how people use digital products and want to understand the needs behind their behavior.
  • You have initial knowledge of qualitative or quantitative research methods, for example from coursework or university projects.
  • You work in a structured and careful manner and can distinguish observations from your own assumptions.
  • You enjoy interacting with people, listen attentively, and can summarize insights clearly.
  • You are confident using common office and collaboration tools. Initial experience with survey, analytics, or prototyping tools is an advantage.
  • You work reliably and independently and proactively seek input from the team when questions arise.
  • An interest in E-Mobility and digital customer experiences is welcome; specific industry experience is not required.
  • You communicate confidently in English.

Why us?
