Business Support Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
As Business Support Manager, you ensure smooth back-office operations across contract management, reporting, procurement, and invoicing. You help keep our processes efficient, compliant, and well-documented. 

  • Maintaining and updating the contract inventory, including accurate data entry in the CRM system 
  • Scanning, recording, and processing incoming invoices and business documents
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Managing ERP-related tasks in Microsoft Business Central, including purchase order creation, goods receipt posting, vendor and item master data creation, inventory bookings, and delivery note handling 
  • Coordinate procurement of officesupplies to avoid delays
  • Organizing and coordinating service and maintenance activities for pool cars and other office equipment 
  • Creating and publishing updates on our social media channels 
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
  • Project management skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Confident in using MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Business Central), SoMe platforms and delivery note handling.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Danish, written and spoken and proficient in English
